It will depend on where in the USA you want to go. I am partial because I have friends who work for Emirates so I say Emirates is the best and have many non stops to the USA.
All are good airlines. I flew Virgin many years ago out of Heathrow to Newark and had a very pleasant flight. Entertainment was light years ahead of the competition at the time.

I do not see flights for these destination on any airlines avail....is the best way to go via train? If so, how can I find details on this? Do you know if it's safe to travel this route?
1) I'm now looking to confirm whether UAE will let me enter...I am an american citizen, am not going for work or education...simply a vacation. But I will obvioulsy have Israel stamped in my passport by the time I get to UAE customs.

2) If I am allowed to enter UAE, what is the best (safest and most feasible) way to get from Jerusalem to Dubai?

There are no direct flights operating between Israel and Dubai, and no train service also. You can travel via Amman (Jordan) or Istanbul (Turkey) by connection flights.
